Livin Residential was founded by a chartered surveyor who was investing in residential property and couldn’t find an agent professional enough to manage it.
So we started managing our own investments. Then we started managing for others who expected the same standards.
14 years later, that’s still how we work. We manage every property as if it were our own – because that’s how this business began.
