Chartered Surveyor | Property Investor | Business Owner

I’m a chartered surveyor with over 20 years’ experience across property investment, development, and asset management.

I started my career in commercial surveying – advising on roadside retail, industrial schemes, and housing developments for major occupiers and developers. That gave me a grounding in viability assessment, development finance, investment strategy, and how deals actually get done.

Since then, I’ve built my own portfolio of 70+ properties worth over £6m – from single buy-to-lets to HMOs, commercial conversions, and mixed-use investments. I’m the managing director of a group of businesses including property investment companies, a residential letting agency (Livin), Surveying practice and an automotive services business.

I’m also a director. consultant at Hillway Digital (hillwayco.uk), working on PropTech and software solutions designed to help surveyors and property businesses work smarter.

Outside of my commercial interests, I’ve spent over 16 years in board-level governance roles – including 12 years as a school governor (8 as Chair), where I’ve led through Ofsted inspections, managed budgets, and supported leadership teams through change.

I run these courses to share my experience with others – whatever level you’re playing the game at. Practical, honest, no upsells. Just affordable information and support to help you on your journey.
